Returns

Return/Refunds:

You may return any item free of charge within 28 days of receipt, in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging (return postage is free).

Returned items which are not in new or unused condition, or which are returned after this period may not be credited to your account unless they are faulty (* for faulty goods please see below).

For hygiene reasons certain jewellery items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken. Your legal rights are not affected. Gift cards/vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

* If an item occurs a fault within a 12 month period of your purchasing it we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or credit (to include original postage).

However, to qualify for this refund the exchange of faulty product must be free of faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

In the event your returned item tests faulty,the maximum  postage we will refund  is £3.50



Returning Items:

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post without proof of postage. We advise all customers to use recorded delivery where possible.

For Faulty Goods:

If an item occurs a fault within a 12 month period of your purchasing it we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or credit (to include original postage).

However, to qualify for this refund the exchange of faulty product must be free of faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

We test every item returned to us, once received it will be inspected and tested by our test centre.

In the event that no fault can be found by our test centre, the item will be returned to you.

For Damaged Goods:

If any item arrives damaged please contact our customer services team within 14 days of delivery for a Returns Authorisation.

Items not claimed as damaged after this period may not be authorised for replacement.

For Non Faulty Goods:

  • Please contact our customer services team 7 within 7 days of purchase alerting them to this situation.
  • LoveMemory will try their upmost hardest to meet your needs. Whether this be with a refund or exchange of product. Please note that LoveMemory are under no obligation to refund you for your purchase.
  • LoveMemory are under no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
  • All goods returned will be inspected for damage and authenticity upon receipt, if LoveMemory discovers any defects LoveMemory reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace and return the  item(s) to you.

Nothing in this contract creates any right which is enforceable by any person who is not a party to the contract.

 

Please Note:
Goods opened are no longer liable for a refund. A Credit Note will be issued in its place.
